Villa Porto is an exceptional villa in so many ways, 3 bedroom Villa Porto benefits from a truly special location directly on the sea front, spectacular sea vistas from all levels,  rustic high end design and spacious accommodation. The outdoor areas are ranged across different levels, offering guests a fabulous choice of different spaces in which to swim, sunbathe, or just to relax and drink in the amazing vistas. Being west facing, the villa benefits from all day sun. And the icing on the cake: direct private access to the sea!

The interior and exterior spaces have been recently cosmetically updated, to ensure that guests have a comfortable,  luxury experience.  Careful thought has been put into every piece selected for the villa, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, rustic colour palette has been used throughout, along with tasteful art pieces.

Amenities at the villa are second to none – two of the bedrooms have jacuzzi baths, and share a private roof terrace with outdoor bar. 

Beautiful mature gardens & stone walls surround the property, helping to give the villa high levels of privacy.

Villa Porto is located next to the prestigious Villa Mahal hotel/complex in Kisla, just a 15 minute walk to the Old Town/Town centre.


Penthouse level: 

The villa is entered (at the back) on the penthouse level. This floor offers 110 m2 space in total, and features  two unusually large master bedrooms, both of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms, an indoor jacuzzi. These bedrooms share a private roof terrace with glorious sea views. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set, and a rattan ‘egg’ chair, and bar & seating.

Both bedrooms have king size beds, & ample wardrobe space, vanity unit,  and a jacuzzi positioned with an amazing sea view. Both have en suite shower rooms, one of which has Jack & Jill sinks.

Stairs lead down from this level to the ground floor accommodation.

Entrance and Ground floor:

Third bedroom of 22m2. This room is again very spacious, and arranged as a twin room, with wardrobe, large vanity unit, and and ensuite shower room.  Fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable L shaped sofa (seating 6), coffee table, & rocking chair, plus  a flat screen TV on the wall facing the sofa.  

There is also a separate WC located on this level.

Outdoor Areas:

The courtyard garden is accessed from one end of the lounge, at the other end, there are two sets of doors leading out to the pool terrace.  It is located at the back of the ground floor level, and features bistro table and chairs, plus a bar, pool table & table tennis table.

The pool terrace has two lovely shaded areas here adjacent to the infinity pool.  The first is the dining area which seats 6, and the other is a comfortable seating unit with two armchairs. The pool has rattan sun beds arranged around it, and a large cantilevered umbrella, plus a top of the range gas BBQ. Steps to the side of the pool lead down to the lower sunbathing level, again furnished with sun beds.

The lower garden has lawned areas, with comfortable rattan seating set, umbrella, two swing seats & bean bags.

The private beach platform  has steps that lead down from the garden, across a track and then further steps cut into the cliff side and shaded by olive trees lead down to sunbathing platforms set into the rocks; at sea level a decked platform is furnished with sun beds, sun shades and scatter cushions and has steps into the sea.

NB the private beach platform is shared with two neighbouring villas.

Balance of rental monies payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Security deposit of £400, payable alongside the balance payment. This is fully refundable 10 days after your departure (subject to no damage caused).
