An exceptional 3 bedroom villa, furnished to a very high standard, Villa Lavanta is located in an attractive residential area of Kalamar Bay. The nearest beach club is a 3 minute walk down the hill. There are cafes/restaurants within 150 metres and small supermarkets within just a 5 minute walk.


Lower ground floor apartment:

The ground floor apartment, built using traditional stone, is always cool and offers excellent family facilities and direct access to the private pool and chill areas. One double bedroom and lounge/sleeping area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area gives teenagers or friends total independence with WiFi, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has WC and shower facilities.


First floor:

The first floor has been totally refurbished to a very high standard with a new shower/WC room, floor to ceiling glass windows in a very spacious lounge and a newly refitted and well equipped kitchen with granite worktops and seating round the island. There is a large fridge/freezer and a water chiller so no need to carry any water bottles to the villa. Off the kitchen, through large glass sliding doors, there is a large dining area for alfresco dining and from here there are beautiful views of the sea and the palm trees for which our road is well-known. There is a further large television on this level.

Second floor:

Two further bedrooms upstairs share a fully renovated master double bathroom with twin rain shower and two wash-hand-basins. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, separate access to balconies and beautiful views of the bay to the islands beyond.

From the second floor you access the roof terrace area with its panoramic views over the bay and mountains to the left and right, ideal for catching rays or sipping a drink whilst watching the sun set. There is a seating area and additional sun beds on this level.


Outdoor areas:

There is a generously sized private swimming pool with roman steps, on the ground floor, surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces. On this level there is also a shaded comfortable seating area. Leading off the kitchen and living area, there is a large al fresco dining terrace. The roof terrace with its built-in seating area, pergola and sun loungers, has the best views of all.
