Kirmizi Lale is a spacious, detached villa with an abundance of space both inside and out. Its location is hard to beat- just a 2 minute walk from the nearest amenities.


Ground floor:

On the ground floor of the property is the spacious open plan living area with adjacent kitchen. The living area has plenty of comfy seating and is well equipped with TV (with UK internet TV), DVD player and a Nintendo Wii- perfect for keep children entertained! A small selection of DVDs and Wii games is provided. Wi-Fi is provided for guests free of charge.

The stylish kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and everything is provided for the perfect self catering holiday- electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and much more. A dining table and chairs seats eight.

There is also a newly refurbished shower room on the ground floor with shower, sink and WC.


First floor:

On the first level of the villa is the master bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobe, dressing table and a newly refurbished en-suite bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks, WC and large walk in shower. Doors open out from the bedroom onto a large wrap-around balcony.

The second bedroom is also on this floor and has a king sized bed, wardrobe, dressing table and a en-suite bathroom with a shower over a full sized bath. The bedroom also enjoys access out onto the large balcony.


Second floor:

On the second floor of the villa are bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three has two single beds, a wardrobe and a chest of draws. The fourth bedroom is a lovely, large family bedroom with a king sized bed, two single beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing tables. Both bedrooms share use of an adjacent bathroom with WC, sink and shower.

All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.


Outdoor areas:

The fantastic roof terrace area: There is a delightful seating area on the very top terrace with 4 comfy lounging sofas where you can enjoy a peaceful drink and take in the stunning views of the town and bay. It also features a marble bar with 4 bar stools overlooking the sea and harbour and a kitchenette with marble worktop with cupboard containing crockery and housing a fridge to keep your drinks cool!

The patio area on the ground floor is very secluded and peaceful. It has a large table and eight chairs, eight sun loungers and four sun umbrellas, not to mention the private swimming pool (approx 7m x 5m), which is 1.75m deep. There is a brand new raised shady pergola area with comfy seating and soft lighting for evening chilling and drinks. There is a small portable barbecue, a large industrial barbecue and for complete relaxation, there are two hammocks in the beautiful gardens, one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking Kalkan.

The villa is an easy 10 minute downhill stroll into Kalkan- and the nearest amenities are just a few minutes walk away, meaning that there is no need for car hire.
