First floor:
Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, plus a family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom and second bedroom share a balcony, which is furnished with a coffee table & chairs, and where you can enjoy the great sea views or incredible stars by night.
Outdoor areas:
Outdoors, there is a lovely shaded dining area which comfortably seats 8 people, plus a BBQ, sunbeds and umbrellas for 8 guests, and the good size pool. which has the benefit of roman steps leading down into the water for easy access (also great for children, or any non-swimmers!)
The villa is only 200 metres from the sea and Kalamar and Kulube Beach Clubs.
It is a 15 - 20-minute stroll to the town centre of Kalkan, with its many boutique shops and fabulous restaurants, bars & cafes. There are also some great local restaurants and mini markets for day to day shopping within a 5 minute walk of the villa.
The villa is suitable for families with children of all ages. There is no need for a car, if you prefer not to walk, taxis are plentiful, and inexpensive.
