Villa Amelia is tastefully decorated and equipped to a high standard including flat screen TV, satellite, internet, water cooler. A very well situated villa with parking. The villa boasts a stunning roof terrace with spectacular views of the harbour, Kalkan Bay and the Taurus mountains. The roof terrace is equipped with wicker sofas and chairs, sun beds, bean cushions and new this year an additional shaded dining area and roof top kitchen. The awning which is automatically activated by high temperatures has been fitted to allow use of this stunning space all day long.
The pool also has a jet stream which allows fitness training or just fun for children of all ages. (please note children must be supervised at all times while using the pool).
If visitors require the use of a larger pool they may use the Lykia Estates large communal pool and bar for a small daily fee. A complimentary voucher is included so guests may use this facility at least once during their stay.
Ground Floor:
Open plan and split level kitchen, living and dining area.
The kitchen features Corian work surfaces and high-tech units which open and close with a simple touch. Modern appliances include an integrated Siemens oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and chilled drink dispenser. A sliding door leads from the kitchen out on to an al-fresco dining terrace and BBQ area.
The living area has comfortable seating, flat-screen satellite TV and an I-pod docking station. Double doors lead out from the living area on to the pool terrace.
There are steps up to an indoor dining area.
There is a double bedroom on this level with an en-suite shower area and separate WC.
First Floor:
There are three bedrooms on this level:
Kingsize bedroom – en-suite shower facilities + WC
Double bedroom – en-suite shower facilities + WC
Twin bedroom – this bedroom has access to a separate shower room + WC across the hallway

- Guests can use large communal pool, just present yourself at the bar, give villa name. At the time of writing, the fees per day are 40TL per adult, 20TL per child under 6 years
