Upper Level:

Sea views from the open plan well equipped kitchen and living area.  The modern white kitchen with black granite surfaces includes fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and has a very attractive separate island with modern hob and oven and overhanging extractor fan. The living area has a L shaped sofa with comfortable seating for 6, Satellite TV and coffee table.  The full height glass allows light to flood in and connects the living area with those fantastic sea views.

A guest WC is also located on this level.

Lower Level:

All 3 bedrooms are en suites and are situated on the lower floor, sea views.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and jacuzzi bath and the further bedrooms both have double beds.

Outside Areas:

The roof terrace with impressive sea and mountain views and has plenty of space for dining and sunbathing.  This terrace gets sun for most of the day and into the evening.  The private plunge pool is a good size, L 4m, W 3.5m, D 1m.

Please note that Apartment Tulip will undergo some refurbishment over the winter 2022 ready for the start of the 2023 season and therefore the photographs shown above may not long represent the apartment.  Refurbishment is expected to include;

  • The roof terrace swimming pool will be replaced, the new pool is expected to be about 30% smaller than the advertised pool, this will provide more space of the terrace and the view from the living room. The new pool will have built-in seating on two sides and Jacuzzi style jets.
