Tiki Apartment is a beautiful and elegantly styled, spacious loft duplex with stunning views throughout from its rooftop terrace and private pool.  Situated in a small development of just 5 apartments, in a quiet residential area, its just seven minutes walk into the picturesque town and harbour of Kalkan.

The apartment is fitted with high quality new appliances and furniture, and has ultra modern bathrooms all fitted with power showers. All rooms have ceiling picture windows allowing plenty of natural light and are also fully air conditioned.

Top Floor:

The top floor comprises of a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen, lounge, WC, and indoor dining area, leading to a large terrace with private pool.  

The terrace has tiled flooring throughout and offers a shaded area perfect for al fresco dining. There are four sun loungers with a large umbrella for additional shade, plus two large sofas, ideal for socialising whilst enjoying the views of Kalkan and wonderful sunsets.  A gas barbeque is also available for use on the terrace.

In the lounge comfortable seating is provided, satellite television, DVD player and bluetooth speaker.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher.  A Nespresso machine is also provided.  

There is ample seating with a breakfast bar and indoor dining table.

To the rear, is a utility room equipped with a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Lower Floor:

All 3 en-suite double bedrooms are located on the ground floor. All are fully air conditioned.

The spacious Master bedroom has large fitted wardrobes, a dressing table, and an en-suite modern shower room. Sliding doors lead onto a balcony with table and chairs. A safe is provided.

The spacious third bedroom, is fitted with twin single beds. The room is fitted with a large wardrobe, and has its own en-suite shower room.

A hairdryer is provided in the two main bedrooms.
