This apartment benefits from having its own private terrace and pool as well as use of the large communal pool on the complex. Located in a convenient location just off the Kalamar Road and less than a 10 minute walk to Kalkan’s old town quarter. The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access, satellite TV, DVD player, MP3 docking station, safe and hairdryer.  The apartment also has use of the attractively designed communal pool and spacious sun terraces, which are furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols.

Lower Floor:

Open-plan living, kitchen and dining area.  The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, water cooler machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor and microwave.  The living area includes a comfortable new L- shaped sofa (can be used as a sofa bed for one person), a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and an MP3 docking station. 

Upper Floor:

Bedroom 1: kingsize bed, en-suite shower room and spacious balcony. Black out blinds. 

Bedroom 2: twin room, (please note that the two single beds can be configured to make a kingsize bed), en-suite shower room and spacious balcony.  Black out blinds.

Outside area:

Patio doors from the living area open out onto the apartment's private terrace which is furnished with sunloungers and a dining table and chairs. A BBQ is provided for guests' use. The private pool is approximately 1.5 metres deep.
