Olympos 11 is a beautiful 2 bed apartment, on a quiet complex in the prestigious area of Komurluk.  The panoramic views from the large private balcony are simply stunning! The location is fantastic - very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk on the flat to the Old Town, and a local supermarket, plus a few minutes more to the town centre. The apartment will accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. 

 

Entrance:

There is a small hallway on entering the apartment, with a large cupboard (useful for bags, shoes etc) plus a chest of drawers. The other rooms all lead off the hallway.

Ground Floor:

Open plan lounge /kitchen which is light, bright and airy thanks to the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The lounge area is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, a coffee table and TV & TV unit.  The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine and kettle. There is also a water cooler machine. Off the lounge area is a fabulous sea view terrace with table and 4 chairs for outside eating, plus 2 sun beds.

There are 2 bedrooms; a double bedroom with Juliet balcony, and a twin bedroom. The bedrooms share a good size, marble tiled family bathroom with shower, unit, sink and WC.

Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with Juliet balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table.

Outside Areas:

The Olympos complex has a lovely shared pool, with spacious sun bathing terraces, and is only a 10 minute walk (on the flat) to the centre of Kalkan and the Old Town. There is a gate at the bottom of the pool area, from where it is only a couple of minutes walk to Palm Beach club, which has great facilities, and from where you can also take a water taxi to the harbour.

Thank you to Lale Homes for all the prompt responses and the very reliable transfers. This was our 3rd stay at Olympos apartments but first time in number 11. We love the apartments and position, it's perfect and the views are stunning. Walking distance to 3 Beach clubs and a 10 min walk on a flat most of the way into town.. Love it and will return to Kalkan and Olympos.

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Olympos 11 Apartment this year. The apartment is perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday but I have to say the highlight of the apartment has to be the views and location. Because of the position of the complex, the balcony receives the sun until early evening (the most enjoyable time in my opinion). The whole complex was quite quiet which was perfect for a relaxing holiday. There are also a few beach clubs within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The walk into Kalkan centre was relatively easy and I would have no hesitation staying in this apartment again.

“We have had two visits to Olympos Apartments this year and very much hope they won’t be our last. The apartments are in a great location only a short flat walk into town. The sea views from the balconies are breathtaking and we spent a long time on there soaking them up. Olympos 11 is very clean and well equipped. The communal pool is lovely and well maintained - again very clean. The apartments are very handy for a number of beach clubs (although it is steep walk back - we tended to get a boat back to the harbour and a enjoy a sundowner in one of the lovely cafe/restaurants before a taxi back for about £3). Jane and the team at Lale are super helpful sorting out accommodation, transfers and keeping in touch during our stay. Would recommend.”

Olympos 11 is a very nice small apartment in an excellent position in Kalkan. We have stayed in these apartments 3 times now. The apartment was clean and had all the basics that you need. The views from the balcony are beautiful although it can get too hot and bright in the afternoon. If you are reasonably fit you can walk into Kalkan, we did every day. If not then it is a short taxi ride. There are a number of beach clubs to choose from if you want a change from the very nice pool area. Communications with Jane were easy and we were even able to stay on a bit later at the end to wait for our transfer. So thanks for a pleasant week. We will probably be back again at some point.

This lovely flat has an amazing balcony with an incredible sea view. The view is better than it seems in photos. The flat is super clean. Jane, Mimi, Erdem... Everybody is very kind and you always get a swift reply when you have a question. Patara ancient city, Saklıkent canyon, Kaputaş Beach, Kaş downtown, Kaleköy and Kekova are some of the wonderful nearby places to visit. Olympos 11 might be the best flat in Kalkan area.

It is the most beautiful place we have ever visited in Turkey. The view from the terrace is magnificent! You can see swimming carreta carreta directly from the terrace. The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. After a short walk down some stairs you can reach a very beautiful beach above the rocks where carretas live (Palm beach ). Down town Kalkan Is only ten minutes walk away from the apartment.
