Mavi Inci is a two-bedroom two-bathroom ground-floor, air conditioned apartment that sleeps 4. It has a well furnished, gated private terrace at the front. Located on the quiet and ever popular Emir Apartment Complex, there's access to two large pools, one of which features a shallow end perfect for young children, as well as a number of well-furnished communal terraces, and there are great views over the town and bay.
If you are looking to holiday with extended family or friends, we are in touch with the owners of other similar apartments on the Emir and so, subject to availability, multiple apartments could be booked.
Accommodation:
Laid out on one level, on entering the apartment, just off a small hallway, are doors leading to the bedrooms and the open plan living area with kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units, oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, water dispenser, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Additionally, it's very well equipped with everything you could want for your self-catering holiday needs.
The living area is light and bright and has a comfortable sofa, two chairs, a footstool and occasional tables. There's a TV with DVD player (NB - DVD playback only) a stereo, Bluetooth speaker & iPod dock, and the apartment has free WiFi plus a safe for extra peace of mind.
Accessed from the back of the living area is the modern family bathroom housing a large sink unit with storage, WC and walk in shower.
The master bedroom is accessed off the hallway and is a spacious room with king size bed, bedside tables, dressing table with mirror and hairdryer and there's plenty of wardrobe space.
The second bedroom, also located off the entrance hallway, can be configured as twin beds or a king-sized bed via zip and link divans and mattresses. Again, there are bedside tables, dressing table with mirror and hairdryer, and there's room to hang and store your clothing and belongings.
At the far end of this bedroom you'll find a new modern en-suite shower room, with sink unit, WC and walk in shower.
Outside areas:
Mavi Inci has a private gated terrace to the front of the property. The front garden area, which has pretty Mediterranean planting, is furnished with a corner seating area and coffee table, together with a marble topped dining table, four chairs and a parasol - the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining. Just off the living area, under cover, there's also a small table and two chairs. Here you'll find a power point, if you wanted to use a laptop of other equipment in the shade.
The largest pool on the complex is just a few steps away from the apartment and has a separate section for young children. The second pool is on the lower terrace and is more "adults only". There are also ample communal terraces with sun beds, small dining tables and chairs, and inbuilt stone seating for your use.
The apartment is just a 5-10 minute walk from the Old Town.
