Elmas Yildiz is a fabulous 1 bed garden apartment on the ever popular Mediterranean complex. Elmas Yildiz (Diamond star) is tastefully furnished & very well equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has one of the largest private gardens/outside areas on the complex, allowing for privacy, & giving plenty of space for relaxing and making the most of outdoor living.

The apartment:

The internal accommodation consists of a spacious open plan lounge & kitchen, a bedroom and shower room. The kitchen is large and fully fitted, with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine, and is very well equipped, with everything you could want for your self-catering needs. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and chair with occasional tables, a TV with inbuilt DVD player (NB - DVD playback only). The apartment has free WiFi plus a safe for extra peace of mind.

The bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and vanity unit with hairdryer, and the modern shower room is adjacent.

 

Outdoor area:

Enjoy alfresco dining on the shady private patio area, relax on the comfortable sun beds, or go for total relaxation and quiet time on the day bed. The gated private garden area is very attractive, with an olive tree, colourful Bougainvillea and lots of pretty plants and flowers. The Mediterranean complex is well regarded and a desirable place to stay. It is a good size, with a choice of 5 communal swimming pools, and is very attractive, with lovely gardens, and is in an excellent location, only minutes from local shops, restaurants and banks, and just a short walk (5 minutes) to the Old Town and Harbour.  As well as the garden furniture, Elmas Yildiz has 2 sun beds and a parasol for guests use at the pools.

'Great Holiday Apartment - 5/5'
Just returned from Kalcan yet again we had a lovely time great apartment very clean with a good welcome pack of essentials. The owner has thought of everything that you could need to the finest detail we loved the outside space and the pool areas . Location ideal as everything is within a short walking distance Jane and her team were very helpful from arranging taxes to were to go out and about they made the holiday stress free thanks We will be booking again soon

Well this a beautifully decorated and equipped apartment with everything you need. The large bed is extremely comfortable with lots of storage space. Having air-con in both the bedroom and living room is great as some apartments don't have this facility.

Outside large garden space and so private, with a great day bed difficult to remove yourself from such a comfy bed. Two sun loungers and lots of space which everyone comments on who came to see us on holiday at how wonderful it all is. A few yards to the pool which at best had 1 other person in the pool.

As for location well......brilliant shops so close with a one minute walk for the nearest bar and restaurant, that said so quiet best sleeps on any holiday we have had.

Thank you for having such a magical place. To the management team Jane what a star all ways available for advice and her knowledge of Kalkan and surrounding area is second to none, thank you from both of us. Booked already for two visits in 2018

Just back from our 2nd stay at this fantastic apartment. Has tbe best location in Kalkan close to almost everything. Very clean and nicely decorated, has all you need. Comfy bed in large bedroom. Lovely and secure too with outer gates on all doors and windows as well as a safe for valuables. Beautiful private garden with a pool just a few steps away. Couldnt ask for more. Will be back again im sure!

We have been to Kalkan for the past 17 years and I thought it could not get any better but it has with Elmas Yildiz. From there opening of the gate into the large garden area with them wonderful day bed which as they holiday progressed I found it so hard to get my wife away from. The colours and furnishings gave such warmth to the apartment it is a delight to have stayed there. The large open plan lounge/kitchen delivered on all points, space , relaxing and a very comfy settee. The bedroom size is very good with an extremely comfy bed. There garden makes this place so so wow. So much so booked twice for 2017 says it all. Congratulations to the owners on creating a wonderful place in beautiful Kalkan.

WOW!!! What a fantastic apartment Elmas Yildiz is, everything you could possibly want. Very convenient for shops (supermarkets, gifts, luxuries, & everything else including chemists) . You will be very spoilt for choice when eating out (at very reasonable prices) most restaurants have fantastic views and wonderful food from rooftop eating areas. The locals are so friendly and most speak excellent English. The apartment gets the sun all morning then some (for us) welcome shade. It has its own sunbeds by the pool for sun worshipers. The garden is quite private, very pretty and spacious. The loungers have comfy and colourful cushions. I cannot fault the apartment or our first visit to Kalkan
