The fabulous Ivy  House is a First Degree listed property, fully renovated in 2006 by a renown local developer. The house is built in traditional stone with a modern interior, the thick stone walls helping to keep rooms cool during the summer and retaining heat in the cooler months.

The Ivy House is situated in the heart of the old town and is thought to be around 100 years old on the exterior, a grape vine twists it's way up the front of the house resting on the roof top pergola to give shade when required during the long lazy days in the sun.

The house is full of character, from the beautiful ottoman style balconies, to the cosy and welcoming interior. Accommodation wise, there is a large lounge/kitchen/diner (with it's own fireplace!) as you enter the property, with a shower room/WC on the same level. The 2 good size double bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, making them nice and cool during the hotter high season months, along with a good size shower room with WC. The lovely roof terrace is up two short flights of stairs from the lounge area - and it is here that no doubt you will spend much of your time whilst At Ivy House, eating and drinking under the shade of the ivy covered pergola, or lazing on the comfortable sunbeds and sun shades provided.

The property is situated within 2 Minutes lazy stroll of the harbour, beach & Kalkan's fantastic choice of first class restaurants in and around the Old Town. It boats some of the best eateries in Turkey, and regardless of budget you will find it hard to be disappointed with any of them. "Just returned from this lovely house right in the middle of Kalkan old town. Although in the centre still very peaceful. The house was perfect with everything needed for a very comfortable holiday, home from home. We had a truly wonderful time, and cannot recommend highly enough. Very efficient management team, would love to return sometime in the future" Dave P, July 2017

"Such a great location! Enjoyed my stay here for the 3rd year in a row. So convenient for the town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend" April H, July 2017

“Superb house in a fantastic location. We loved the Ivy House. Everything we needed and wanted for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect right in the old town just a short walk to the harbour and town beach but still tucked away for seclusion and peace. We loved chilling out on the roof terrace which we used for breakfast and evening drinks. The house is very tastefully decorated and is really home from home. Rubbish is collected and agents are on hand if and when needed. A really enjoyable holiday in a wonderful house”  Stephen W, Oct 2016
