New to our rental portfolio for 2020, Hayal is a stunning 3 bed ground floor duplex apartment, with large private pool and garden, in a quiet location, only a 5 min walk from the town centre, and 10 mins from the Old Town. Much more spacious than most properties of its type, Hayal, actually offers guests the benefit of more internal space than some smaller 3 bed villas, at a lower price! The internal accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated in a contemporary style, and is light bright and airy. Outside, the pool is a really good size, plus there is a lovely shaded dining areas with pergola, plus plenty of space for sunloungers etc, plus great views over Kalkan Bay from the first floor. Fantastic option for couples wanting more space, and family/smaller groups too!

Hayal apartment is new to the rental market for the 2020 season, and a very welcome addition to our portfolio. Much larger than most apartments of its type, it offers very spacious accommodation, and is more akin to a small villa in size!  Light, bright and airy throughout, the apartment is contemporary in design, and is equipped to a high, luxury standard. It also benefits from an extra large pool, and ample terrace and garden areas on the lower floor, plus a large balcony on the first floor with lovely views over Kalkan bay and the islands.  Located on a small, quiet complex in lower Kiziltas, the apartment is only a 10 minute walk into the town centre (although the walk back is hilly so you may prefer to take a taxi).  Perfect for both families and small groups, and for couples wanting more spacious accommodation.


Accommodation layout:

The apartment is accessed down 2 flights of steps (so may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility).

Lower floor – through entrance door into very large lounge/kitchen/dining room area. The kitchen is fully fitted and open plan, with white gloss units and granite countertops, with cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also a breakfast bar at the end of the kitchen, with stools.

The living area has a large comfortable L shaped sofa, which easily accommodates 6 people, a coffee table, & TV unit with large flat screen Smart TV. There is wifi access in the apartment for guests.

There is also a separate WC on this floor.

This level has access, via full width French windows to a spacious and sunny terrace with large pool for sole use. An alfresco dining area is situated immediately outside the lounge, with dining table & chairs, plus the pool terrace has sun beds (x 6) and parasols for shade.

The pool is very large, and has the benefit of roman steps for easy access for all (also a great place to just sit and cool off in the heat of the day!) Steps down from the pool lead to a small grassed area at the bottom of the garden.

First floor – the three bedrooms are all on this floor, and are configured as follows:

Bedroom 1 - kingsize bed. large wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity unit. Large patio doors leading to (shared) balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 2 – (Master) super kingsize bed. Large wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity unit, en-suite shower room. Large patio doors leading to shared balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 3 - twin beds, large wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity unit.

A separate shower room is located on this level, adjacent to bedrooms 1 & 3. A washing machine is also located on this level.

A welcome pack and pool towels are provided for guests at this apartment, plus there is a hairdryer for guests in the master bedroom.

Balance of rental monies payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Damage deposit of £150, payable alongside the balance payment. This is fully refundable 7 days after your departure (subject to no damage caused).
