The main entrance door is at the back of the property, which leads through into a small hallway, which in turn gives onto the extremely spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. On the right hand side is a good size cloakroom, with WC and washbasin. The open plan living area is positioned to make the most of the stunning views from all angles, and is a large, light and airy space for comfortable and luxury living. The large pictures windows work on a cantilever system, meaning that they can be fully pulled back to integrate inside and outside living.

There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. The first is on the left hand side when entering through the main door. This is a good size double room, with king size bed, built in modern white double wardrobe with integrated vanity unit & stool. The en-suite wet room is a good size, with large marble topped sink and counter, shower and screen, and WC. There is a comfortable tub chair in the corner of the room , and triple doors leading out onto the side terrace.
The second is to the right of the lounge area, and has twin beds, en-suite bathroom (which is identical to the one in bedroom one) and double wardrobe with integrated vanity unit, also a tub chair.
The master bedroom is also set to the right hand side of the lounge, but facing over the main pool terrace area. It is spacious, and very light and airy, being tripe aspect, with French windows leading out to the pool terrace at the end of the room, and on the left hand side. The en-suite is the most spacious of the bathrooms in the property, with a larger shower area, Jack and Jill marble sinks, WC, and a picture window with integrated venetian blind, meaning that you can continue to look over the glorious views while you shower!
There is also a small but functional laundry room next to the bedrooms, with washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airer, and plenty of storage space for linen/washing.
The patio doors beyond the kitchen/dining room area lead out onto a beautiful dining area, covered with an ornate metal pergola. The marble topped table again seats 8, and boasts some of the best views of the villa, looking out over the infinity pool and taking in the stunning views across the sea, with it's small lighthouse, and the local coastline.
To the left of the dining area is a comfortable L shaped rattan seating unit (seats 6) & 2 sunbeds with parasol and side table
The kidney shaped infinity pool is the most stunning feature of the villa, with roman steps leading into the water on one side, and metal 'rung style steps on the other. There is a circular Jacuzzi/whirl pool to the right of the main pool, which can fit up to 6 people.
The villa has white stone walls, and cool marble floors throughout., high quality air conditioning units in all the main rooms (lounge & bedrooms) and high spec LED lighting.
The villa is clad in traditional warm cream stonework, and has a pretty terracotta roof. The use of natural materials both inside and helps the blend the villa into the stunning natural environment surrounding it.
Kas town is a short drive away from the villa (or take a local minibus for 50p). Kas is a beautiful harbour town with pretty cobbled winding streets, a harbour filled with traditional gullets and a plethora of boutique shops, restaurants and bars.
